Spell Description
You create up to 3 balls of arcing lightning in unoccupied spaces you can see within range.
Each ball occupies a 5-foot space and buzz and crackle with electricity shedding dim light in a 20-foot radius.
Any creature that enters within 5 feet of a ball of lightning for the first time on a turn or ends its turn there is targeted by arcs of electricity, and it must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 3d12 lightning damage.
On each of your turns after you cast this spell, you can use an action to move each ball up to 60 feet in any direction.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d12 for each slot level above 5th.
