Spell Description

Bright green coils of energy grasp the triggering creature. The target must make a Charisma saving throw ending the spell on a success.

On a failed saving throw, the target is barred from teleporting and traveling to different planes until the spell ends.

For the duration, each time the target attempts to teleport or travel to another plane, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the spell on a successful saving throw.
