Spell Description

You disrupt the spiritual energy of up to three creatures of your choice in a 30-foot-cone. Each creature must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or take 2d8 necrotic damage. Elemental, fey, plant, and undead creatures have disadvantage on this saving throw.

If this damage reduce at least one creature to 0 hit points, you can also regain an expended hit dice.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 and the spell can target another creature in the area for each slot level above 1st.
