Spell Description

The next time you attack a creature with a weapon before the end of your turn, your weapon delivers a strike of perfect entropy. You gain a bonus to your weapon attack roll equal to your spellcasting ability modifier.

On a hit, the attack deals an extra 5d6 force damage and is weakened until the beginning of your next turn. If the target is an aberration, a fiend, or an ooze, the target is weakened for up to 1 minute instead. At the end of each of its turns, such a target can make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends.
