Spell Description

A thin green mist spreads in a 30-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range. The mist spreads around corners, and it lasts until the spell ends. Any creature in the mist is automatically diseased and weakened until they leave the mist. A creature immune to the diseased condition is immune to both these effects.

A creature that enters the area for the first time on a turn or ends its turn there must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 3d10 poison damage and suffer one level of exhaustion. Any levels of exhaustion caused by this spell automatically go away when the spell ends.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the radius of the sphere increases by 10 feet for each slot level above 4th.
