Spell Description

You create 3 motes of starlight within range. The motes shed dim light in a 5-foot-radius. As a bonus action on your turn, you can teleport one or more motes to another point within range. A creature that enters an area of dim light created by any of the starlight motes for the first time on a turn or ends its turn there immediately takes 1d10 radiant damage and must succeed on a Constitution saving throw. On a failed saving throw, the creature takes another 2d6 cold damage and has its speed reduced by 10 feet until the end of its next turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you create an additional mote and the cold damage increases by 2d6 for each two slot levels above 4th.
