You have an uncanny aptitude for using magic to alter your physical form. You learn the alter self and shape self spells and you can cast them without expending a spell slot.

When you cast either of these spells, you can also gain the benefit of one wild trait available to your great beast spirits for the duration of the spell. This wild trait cannot be one that gives an attack or requires a saving throw. You gain the benefit of features and abilities that affect your wild shapes when you cast these spells on yourself (such as the ‘beast magic’ boon or the ‘improved wild shape’ druid feature).
