Formula: You form pure magic into a destructive beam.
You can choose to take 1d6 force damage per power level when cast this spell increase
the effect’s damage by 1d6 per power level. If this spell’s damage reduces
you to 0 hit points, creatures other than you do not suffer the spell’s
effect. Target(s): You target one creature with a beam of eldritch
energy. Make a spell attack against the target. On a hit, a target
suffers the spell’s effect. Effect: A target takes 1d6 force damage per power
level. |

Spellweaving Options |
|
|
When you expend
a spell slot as a bonus action to weave a spell from the incantation, the
spell’s power level becomes equal to the level of the expended spell slot
plus your spellpower. In addition, you can add spellweaving option with a total cost equal to the total
power level of the spell: Eldritch
Blast (Costs 1) This spellweaving option changes the spell in the following
way: •
Replaces Formula: You instead form create
multiple beams. When you cast this spell, you can reduce the spell’s overall
power level to create one additional beam for each overall power level
reduced (e.g. you can reduce the spell’s overall power level from 3 to 1 to
create two additional beams for a total of 3 beams). If the total number of
beams is higher than your spellcasting ability modifier, you gain a point of exhaustion
when you cast this spell. •
Replaces
Target(s): You target one creature with a beam of eldritch
energy. You can direct the beams at the same target or at different ones.
Make a separate attack roll for each beam. On a hit, a target
suffers the spell’s effect. Eldrich
Spear (Costs 2) This spellweaving option changes the spell in the following
way: •
Replaces Range: The spell’s
range instead becomes 150 feet (line). Each time you add this option, the
spell’s range increases by another 150 feet. Channel
Magic (Costs 3) This spellweaving option changes the spell in the following
way: •
Replaces
Duration: The spell
instead lasts for 1 minute (concentration). •
Adds to Formula:
You must use an action on subsequent turns for the
duration to maintain this spell. When you do so, all targets currently under
the spell’s effect automatically suffer the effect again. The spell ends
automatically if you use your action to do anything else. •
Adds to Effect:
A target is also affected by the spell for the
duration. A target can make a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of
its turns ending the spell on itself on a success. Destructive
Magic (Costs 4) This spellweaving option changes the spell in the following
way: •
Adds to Formula:
When you cast this spell, you also suffer the
spell’s effect. •
Adds to Effect:
A target also takes an additional 4d6 force damage. Split
Magic (Costs 4) This spellweaving option changes the spell in the following
way: •
Adds to Formula: You also weave
this spell twice. Both spells strike simultaneously. Any target can only
suffer the effect of one of these spells on a turn. Each additional time you
add this option, you weave yet another instant of this spell. |
