Arcane Artisan Features |
|
Arcane Vocation As an arcane
artisan, your wizardly studies concern itself with the construction of magic
items. Select an arcanist vocation from the arcanist vocation list. You gain
the 1st level benefits of this vocation, and you use your wizard level in
place of your arcanist levels for any feature granted by your arcanist
vocation or signature infusion. Artisan’s infusion When you finish
a long rest, you can touch a non-magical object and imbue it with the
signature infusion you gained through your arcane vocation feature. The
infusion works on only certain kinds of objects, as specified in the
infusion’s description. Signature
Infusions Your arcane
vocation feature grants you a signature infusion from the arcanist’s list of
infusion (see the list of infusions). You infuse only one item with your
signature infusions. If you place your signature infusion on another item,
the signature infusion immediately ends on the previous infused item. In
addition, you can attune to an item with that is infused with one of your
signature infusions without that attunement
counting against your maximum number of attuned magic items. Infusing an
Item When you infuse
an item with your ‘artisan’s infusion’, you must choose one of the available
infusion options for your signature infusion. The item becomes a magical item
with that ability. Your infusion remains on the item indefinitely, but when
you die, the infusion vanishes after a number of days have passed equal to
your Intelligence modifier (minimum of 1 day). Arcane Crafter At 6th level,
you gain the 7th level feature of the arcanist vocation you chose for your ‘arcane
vocation’ feature. Master Crafter At 14th level,
you gain the 13th level feature of the arcanist vocation you chose for your ‘arcane
vocation’ feature. In addition,
you gain the following features: •
You can choose up to two of your signature
infusion’s option (instead of only one) when you infuse a non-magical item. •
You can place your signature infusion on a magic items. When you do so, you only select one of the
options available to that infusion. |
